We know climate is changing. We just don't know what direction
Maybe the membership fees were too high for Apple?
Apple and U.S. Chamber of Commerce are businesses. Their collaboration is by a contract.
Both parties must agree to the contract in order for contract to be valid. This is still a relatively free country.
Of course, with added Green Legislation, we're becoming a less free country.
Disappointed
honestly looking at all the sponsors here it's obviously a feel good front for some pretty nasty corporations. I mean come on what person with an ounce of environmental conscience would consider a Tahoe ? You guys just don't get the kind of fundamental change needed. You are still part of the problem.
Nike has only resigned from the board
Just to note, Nike hasn't actually left the Chamber (yet), they resigned from their leadership position on the Chamber's Board of Directors.
