David Hodgkinson

David Hodgkinson is a principal of The Hodgkinson Group, Aviation Advisor, with consultants located around the world. He advises aviation industry participants on strategic, operational and financial issues, including climate change issues as they relate to aviation. He focuses on such matters as interlining, codesharing and alliances; user and overflight charges and related taxation issues; infrastructure matters; and safety and security. As Special Counsel to The Hodgkinson Group’s law firm affiliate, he also provides aviation law advice with an emphasis on the sale and purchase, leasing, charter and operations of aircraft, and on regulatory and liability issues.
